Sandcastle SRL (Pacon Dominican)

Sandcastle SRL (Pacon Dominican) is the Dominican Republic operations of Pacon Manufacturing Company located just outside of Santo Domingo in the San Isidro Free Trade Zone. Sandcastle was founded in 2018 to focus on the manufacturing of surgical drapes and towels. In 2021, it expanded into contract manufacturing of wipes for the consumer market.

Sandcastle is situated in adjacent buildings totaling 98,000 sf. This includes:

• Compounding
• Quality Lab
• Warehousing
• Offices
• 10 dock doors
• 24/5 Operations (expandable to 24/7)
• ~150 people

Sandcastle is FDA Registered and is ISO 13485 compliant.

Pacon Manufacturing, located in Leland, North Carolina, was founded in 1949 and today is a Strategic Partner and Contract Developer / Manufacturer for the Consumer, Industrial & Medical Industries.
